Smack bang in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, Spire Residences is an award winning apartment building offering the very best of urban living.
Consisting of over 300 one and two bedroom apartments, over 80% of these apartments were sold to savvy investors. That meant over 240 apartments hit the rental market at the same time and it was crucial to get the right tenants, and fast.
A new website was created, dedicated to gathering enquiries from Brisbane’s savvy urban types. Backed by targeted digital and social media campaigns the project generated over 2000 enquiries in six months. Having a rooftop pool and 360° city views certainly helped, but it goes to show that Kevin Costner was right when he said, “Build it and they will come”.
