The Cornerstone Living masterplanned community was born from a vision to enhance modern city living. Located in Sunnybank, this $650 million residential community is the largest suburban renewal project undertaken in Queensland, comprising of over 1200 new apartments and townhouses to be released over twenty stages.
I worked with the developer, Consolidated Property Group implementing a brand refresh and completing all of the sales and marketing collateral for the last six of these stages. From completing a new website, to running a successful digital and social media campaign, designing sales brochures and floorplans, coordinating press and outdoor advertising, right down to the on-site signage and sales office fitout.
